This Privacy Policy explains how LatestTarka ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). LatestTarka is a short video platform that uses your information to serve you a personalized video feed.

On iOS devices, we will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting any data used to track you across other apps or websites. Tracking means linking data from our app with data from other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising, or sharing data with data brokers.
You can grant or deny this permission when prompted, and change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
You can still use all core features of LatestTarka. You may see less personalised advertisements (if ads are shown), but your video feed personalization based on in-app activity is unaffected.
We collect crash logs and performance data solely to diagnose bugs, improve app stability, and monitor service performance. This data is used only for internal product improvement and is not linked with third-party data or used for advertising targeting unless you have granted tracking permission on iOS.
On Android, we comply with Google Play's Data Safety requirements. Our Data Safety section in the Play Store accurately reflects what data we collect, why we collect it, and whether it is shared with third parties. You may opt out of personalised advertising through your Android device settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads.

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. LatestTarka is designed for short video content. Any content you post publicly may be viewed, shared, downloaded, or captured by other users, subject to your privacy settings and applicable Service features. Please do not upload content you do not want made public or that violates others' rights.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including India and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
