4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all User Content that you submit to the Service. You represent and warrant that:

7. Creator Tools, Rewards, and Monetization

LatestTarka may offer creator rewards, incentives, gifts, monetization tools, promotional campaigns, or other earning features from time to time. Any such features may be subject to additional eligibility rules, review requirements, payout thresholds, verification steps, tax obligations, and separate program terms.

We may suspend, withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards or payouts if we detect fraud, abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, suspicious activity, mistaken payments, duplicate accounts, or other integrity issues. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, access to earning features does not guarantee payment.

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or government filings that may arise from your use of monetization or reward features.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not assist or encourage others to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
• post illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit content;
• post content involving exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors;
• upload malware, spam, phishing, scams, or fraudulent material;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity;
• scrape, crawl, crawl-bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• circumvent safety, moderation, or rate limits;
• use the Service for unlawful commercial solicitation or unauthorized advertising;
• upload copyrighted music, video, images, or other material without permission; or
• engage in behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service, our users, or our business.

9. Community Safety and Moderation

We may use a combination of human review, user reports, automated tools, and other systems to detect, review, label, restrict, demote, remove, or block content or accounts that may violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

We are not required to publish, host, or retain any User Content. We may remove or limit access to any content or account at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that it is necessary to protect users, the Service, advertisers, creators, partners, or our legal interests.

10. Intellectual Property
